Teams that work successfully can breathe life and creativity into an organization. This workshop is designed to improve the creativity and energy of those working in teams and those managing teams. The participants on this workshop will learn how all members of a team can move in the same direction, and do it with enthusiasm so that they achieve the objectives of the organization. Imagine the results you could get if you have all the people in your organization moving in the same direction.
Successful teamwork is about using common sense and the joint contributions of the team members. In the supportive environment of this workshop participants are immersed in the team building experience. They discover how to use their natural abilities to achieve the goals of the organization. The participants become more enthusiastic and effective in carrying out policy, solving problems, and dealing with colleagues, suppliers and clients. They also learn the critical skills for managing and building a team. While working together on tasks set for them during the workshop the participants have frequent opportunities to recognize the gap between thinking and acting like an individual and thinking and acting like a team member. The participants become aware of the gap in a series of business related exercises, and they learn how to close that gap. People learn by doing and reviewing.
After participating in this workshop the participants will become more valuable employees.
During this workshop participants:
Learn how to achieve their work goals at lower cost and in less time
Increase their desire to achieve the organization’s goals
Increase their effectiveness in solving business problems
Identify their own strengths and learn to manage their weaknesses
This workshop is run in English. The innovatory nature of this workshop allows those whose English language skills need improvement to benefit both linguistically and professionally.
